o Ask for sensitive personal information (e.g., banking credentials, passwords, or security codes) outside of a documented, encrypted system
o Send invoices or payment requests outside our official domain (@newcroftadvisory.com) or our authenticated billing platform

If you receive any communication claiming to be from Newcroft Advisory that seems suspicious, you should:
Verify the sender’s email address ends with @newcroftadvisory.com
Contact us immediately via our published website or phone number
