Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Newcroft Advisory, we value your commitment and understand that circumstances can change. To ensure fairness, for both you and our team, here are our guidelines for cancellations and refunds:

1. Full Refund Window
If you decide to cancel more than 30 days before your engagement start date, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. We appreciate advance notice, as it allows us to reallocate our dedicated time and resources without impacting other clients.

2. Final Sale / No Refund
•    For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled start date, no refund is available. By that point, we have already reserved our senior-level expertise and begun initial preparations specifically for your project.
•    All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction or changes in your priorities. This policy ensures we maintain consistent quality and availability for everyone we work with.

3. Why This Policy Exists
•    Protected Expertise: When you book a session or project support, we block out our calendars and tailor our preparation to your needs. A firm policy allows us to honour that commitment.
•    Consistent Quality: Knowing our time is secured helps us deliver the same high standard to all clients, ensuring no one is left waiting due to last-minute cancellations.
•    Clarity & Confidence: Clear, respectful terms help you understand exactly where you stand, so you can proceed with confidence and us with certainty.

4. Rescheduling Option
We appreciate that plans sometimes shift. If you need to change your dates, and let us know at least 30 days before the original start date, we will be happy to find a convenient alternative time for your engagement, without any penalty.
