Where Insight Becomes Strategy
About Us

Dr Morkos Iskander is the founder of Newcroft Advisory, a strategy consultancy helping early-stage health innovators move from makeable to marketable. With a background spanning medicine, academic research, and global consulting, he brings a rare combination of clinical insight and strategic clarity to the challenges of innovation, funding, and system fit.
Over the past 6+ years, Morkos has supported large healthcare organisations, investor-backed ventures, and public health programmes. He now focuses on making that expertise accessible to clinician-entrepreneurs, healthtech founders, and academic teams translating research into real-world impact.

Newcroft Advisory was founded on a simple idea: strategic clarity shouldn't only be available to companies with million-pound budgets.
For over six years, our team worked behind the scenes with large health organisations, major consulting firms, and global innovation funds, helping shape strategies, build business cases, and assess system fit for complex healthtech initiatives.
But two years ago, we restructured.
Why? Because we saw too many founders, clinicians, and researchers building smart, meaningful innovations but struggling to cut through procurement barriers, adoption delays, or decision fatigue. They didn’t need a 200-page report. They needed focused, senior-level insight delivered quickly, affordably, and without corporate noise.
That’s why Newcroft Advisory exists today.
We bring proven strategic tools to support early-stage innovators with practical, clear, and actionable advice. Whether you’re preparing to fundraise, write a business case, or align your offer with system needs, we help you move from makeable to marketable—without wasting time, budget, or credibility.
We’ve worked with:
✔ Healthtech startups and academic spinouts
✔ Clinician-entrepreneurs navigating complex systems
✔ Programmes supporting early-stage innovation across health, care, and life sciences
Our goal is simple: to make strategy accessible, targeted, and valuable at the moment you need it most.
Healthtech is hard. Let's make it simpler.
